On the morning of September 9, 2006 an estimated 500 plus walkers and runners will complete a 5K course to raise awareness and funds to help push Ovarian Cancer to the forefront of women's health issues.
Friends and families, survivors and allies from around Georgia will "hit the streets" to make a difference. We hope you will participate with us to make the OverCome Ovarian Cancer Walk/Run 2006 a vehicle for greater awareness and progress against this threat.

You can be a part of this great event in one of a number of ways.
Walk or Run
You can register as an individual or better yet start your own team! 5K is 3.1 miles. Whether you are a casual stroller or a keen runner our course at Johns Creek Business Center (Technology Park) in Duluth is ideal. You’ll have fun, shake off a few pounds and raise money for a great cause.
Corporate Teams
Getting a team together at work is a great way to have fun and share the event with your co-workers. We will be happy to show you how!

Corporate Sponsorship
We welcome several levels of corporate sponsorship for this event. The monies raised from the 2006 Walk/Run will go towards the important mission of raising awareness of Ovarian Cancer in Georgia, promote early detection of the signs and symptoms and fund vital research.
